The Views of Music City, located on Nolensville Pike, was completed in Spring of 2022 as a two phase project, with the North phase comprising 96 units and the South phase providing 209 units (to be delivered in the Spring of 2023). By creating a community in two phases, we are able to offer diverse amenity packages and value options. The North phase offers considerable green space and manicured garden areas for relaxation, while the South phase will include more socially forward options including a pool deck and outdoor dining.

The Views of Music City is a first class multifamily development, conceived as an amenity-light project sought by commuters wanting to save time and money by shortening travel times and dodging ever-worsening traffic to outlying markets. The site benefits from its location on the major commuting route connecting Williamson and Davidson Counties, as well as its proximity to Brentwood and Cool Springs, the two largest value driven office nodes in the city.
