The Tracks represents Ramston’s targeted entry into the student housing market of Auburn, Alabama. Ramston intends to service the need of constrained student housing environments where demand is not currently met by supply. Ramston has identified the Auburn market as an ideal target due to long term enrollment growth expectation at the University and a healthy economic position within the student demographic.

With 75 bedrooms spread across 15 townhomes, The Tracks will offer the students of Auburn University an upscale collegiate living experience with attainable lease rates. The Tracks will create a community of its own on West Glenn Avenue, just a 5 minute walk from the Tigers' Jordan-Hare Stadium.
