 The Lofts at Brentwood is a 70 unit apartment community that opened to residents in the Summer of 2020. Located on the Bell Road stretch of Old Hickory Boulevard, just East of Brentwood town center, The Lofts at Brentwood offers residents a taste of the Ramston Lifestyle. Commuters can experience a short 18 minute drive to downtown Nashville, while having quick access to the shops and dining offered in Brentwood.

The Lofts at Brentwood also features the first iteration of the Crews co-working space, which allows residents to lease workspace right at home, while providing respite from the distractions of their living room.
