Fate Place serves as a cornerstone of downtown Fate’s commercial district, bringing together medical, office, restaurant, and service-oriented tenants in a highly visible location overlooking Fate Station Park. The property has matured into a stable and diverse asset anchored by strong-credit healthcare providers, long-term office users, and locally valued retail concepts. As downtown Fate continues to evolve into a regional destination, Fate Place remains an important contributor to the area's economic activity and community growth.

The Fate Place tenant mix is a perfect blend of strong credit medical tenants including Trinity Valley Oral Surgery and Precision Sports Physical Therapy combined with The Hub, our full third floor tenant. The Hub is a coworking and shared-office space inspired by the WeWork model and owned and operated by the City of Fate. The City entered into a ten-year lease and fully funded the tenant improvements for the space. After delivering a first-class interior environment, The Hub quickly attracted a diverse membership base and reached 100% occupancy. Due to its success, discussions are now underway to expand The Hub’s footprint within Fate Place.

The largest first floor restaurant tenant, Wings Over Fate sports bar, created a beautiful space complete with 38 TV’s, all tuned to the latest sports events. They have a large outdoor patio with views of the Fate Station park, the weekend farmers’ market, and the new Sauce & Vine restaurant. The Wings Over restaurants have twelve locations in suburban markets around Dallas, from Frisco to Gun Barrel City. 

The newest first floor tenant at Fate Place, True Light Barbershop, is an old fashioned barbershop with a twist-- 20’ ceilings and a cool industrial look and feel. There hasn’t been a barbershop in downtown Fate for over twenty years so it is a welcome addition for the residents of Fate. They will be opening at the end of summer, 2026.
