Senior Accountant - Nashville

Emily Burkhalter is the in-house Senior Accountant for Ramston Capital and has been with the firm since 2023. As a Nashville native, Emily takes pride in working at a company that strives to improve her local community and beyond. Prior to working with Ramston, Emily worked for two private CPA firms where she did both financial and tax accounting. During her time with these firms, she worked with an array of clients ranging from high net-worth individuals to partnerships and corporations with varying entity structures in different phases of their business. For some clients, Emily handled all aspects of their financial and tax accounting from A to Z, which combined with her knowledge of several different tax matters, makes her a valuable asset to Ramston’s team.  Emily is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and National Association of State Boards of Accountancy. Emily attended Middle Tennessee State University where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting while participating in Beta Alpha Psi international honor society for accounting, finance and information system students.
