Edward (Ed) is an Owner’s Representative specializing in Ramston’s charitable multi-family development sites and has been with the firm since 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Ed was a Project Manager with PepsiCo overseeing multiple projects implementing software in several countries across the globe using offshore teams located in India.  Ed started his career at Lomas & Nettleton in the land development division.  Ed was responsible for projects located in Austin, San Antonio, and Houston Texas.  After Lomas & Nettleton, Ed worked for Craig International overseeing real estate projects in North Texas and Southern California.  Ed has a BBA in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University and an MBA in Information Systems from The University of Dallas.
