Daniel (Dan) N. McVicker—Born in 1960, with 39 years of experience in the commercial real estate business, Dan McVicker combines the skills of a TN combined licensed commercial/industrial general contractor with his extensive background in real estate law, (licensed by the Texas Supreme Court in 1995),  commercial banking, office and industrial leasing, high rise office tenant buildout, and industrial/office and residential construction. Mr. McVicker graduated from SMU”s Cox School of Business with a degree in finance and began his real estate journey as a commercial banking lender and developer of large scale business parks and communities in GA, FL, and TX with Lomas and Nettleton Financial Corp. (NYSE: LNFC). Mr. McVicker, with his partner Ben Byrd, have either completed, sold, or under construction multifamily communities valued at more than $250 million at market value in TN, TX, and AL. Mr McVicker has been married for for 37 years and is the father of twins, both lawyers, one also a TX CPA. Mr. McVicker has been a National board member of NAIOP, and is currently writing “Attainable Housing” with a co-author.
