Charles Terrell, Jr. is the Texas Partner for Ramston Capital. Prior to joining the firm, he consulted with Ramston on acquisitions in the Texas markets. Charles began his career with the Vantage Companies in Atlanta, GA, where he focused on mixed-use project development and leasing. After moving to Dallas, he continued to work in multi-family and retail sales and brokerage with Henry S. Miller and multi-family brokerage with the Staubach Company. He founded Terrell Property Company to focus on urban leasing and development of retail and multi-family properties. Charles is a former City Plan Commissioner, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) authority board member, and is President of Safer Dallas Better Dallas. He received his B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University with a concentration in real estate and finance from the Cox School of Business.
