Chad Raphael is the Controller at Ramston Capital, with over two decades of experience in financial leadership, audit, and strategic operations. Prior to joining Ramston, he served as Chief Financial Officer at MP&F Strategic Communications, where he led firm-wide financial planning, system implementations, and compliance initiatives. Earlier in his career, Chad spent over six years at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in senior financial roles supporting research, grants management, and complex academic budgeting. There, he worked closely with faculty and leadership to manage multimillion-dollar programs, optimize funding strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance—experience that sharpened his ability to operate in highly complex and mission-driven environments.

Chad also held roles at Louisiana Pacific Corporation, Faulkner, Mackie & Cochran, and began his career in banking and client analytics. His deep background in both institutional finance and private sector operations makes him a key force behind Ramston Capital’s financial strategy and scalability.
