Benjamin Byrd is a Founding Partner of Ramston Capital. Up until the founding of Ramston, Benjamin worked with Freeman Webb as their acquisitions lead focusing on “value add” multifamily properties in the Texas and Florida markets. Prior to Freeman Webb, Benjamin worked with Capital Spring in New York, where he worked on underwriting mergers of various franchisee portfolios, as well as sourcing and underwriting acquisitions with a typical deal size of $15-50 million. Benjamin attended the University of the South, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors in History.
