In continuance of the Ramston Strategy, The Lofts at Holt Road will employ the
template set forth by The Lofts of Brentwood. With the acquired property having a pre-existing PUD designation for 72 units, the opportunity arose to replicate Ramston’s successful 70 unit “Lofts” model with two additional units.
