Ramston Development Fund I is a $28.5M identified fund established for the equity funding of three ground-up development projects in the Middle Tennessee area. These projects, when complete, will consist of just over 500 rental apartment units.
The Views of Music City, will be the first of three projects in The Fund to take shape and rise in the Nashville community. The Views of Music City, located on Nolensville Pike, is set to be completed in Spring of 2022 as a two phase project, with the North phase comprising 96 units and the South phase providing 209 units (to be delivered in the Spring of 2023).
The Views of Music City will be a stellar multifamily development, conceived as an amenity-lite product sought by commuters wanting to save time and money by shortening travel times to the ever-growing outlying markets. The site benefits from its location on the major commuting route connecting Williamson and Davidson Counties, as well as its proximity to Brentwood and Cool Springs, the two largest value driven office nodes in the city.
By creating a community in two phases, we are able to offer diverse amenity packages and value options. The North phase will offer vast green space and manicured garden areas for relaxation, while the South phase will include more socially forward options like a pool deck and outdoor dining.
The Jackson will be the second project within The Fund to deliver, completing construction while The Views of Music City (South) is underway. The Jackson, located in Hermitage, Tennessee will bring 199 additional apartment units to the market with the same value driven proposition of The Views of Music City.
The Jackson will provide a similar amenity-light product as featured in the Views of Music City community, but offer renters a prime location just North of the city, and a stones throw away from Percy Priest Lake. The Jackson will also be located just three miles from the Nashville International Airport, benefitting from the multi-billion dollar expansions underway, and a short 12-minute drive from Nashville's CBD.
Situated directly on I-40, The Jackson provides yet another Ramston community for commuter oriented renters looking to enjoy the city of Nashville without the costs of urban "core" living.
